Responsibilities
- Directs and manages the dietary department.
- Develops the capital and operating budget for the dietary department.
- Plans and directs the activities of purchasing food supplies, storage and inventory of supplies and budgeted costs per meal.
- Coordinates activities to ensure regulatory compliance.

All other duties required for ordering, purchasing food from licensed vendors, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- High School graduate or GED.
- Experience in management (3 years preferred)
- Must have Certified Dietary Manager license
- Effective written and verbal communication
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
