Responsibilities
- Oversees personnel functions such as training, evaluating performances, interviewing, scheduling, staff meetings, continued education and upkeep of licensures.
- Inventory management
- Laboratory equipment functions and maintaining
- Prepares departmental budget
- Stays current on regulatory guidelines
- Oversees safety of all procedures. Ensures that department meets all standards and protocols.
- This list is not all inclusive, other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in relevant science
- 5+ years experience as general supervisor
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage large department of staff
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
