Description

HMH is in need of a Chief Nursing Officer
This is a full-time day position.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the development of the strategic plan and corporate goals of HMH.
  • Communicates purpose, goals, objectives, and expectations in support of the hospitals Mission, Vision, and Values, and code of conduct.
  • Facilitates long term and short term planning by developing operating and capital budgets for areas of responsibility. Monitors all sources of revenue and expenditures for budgetary compliance.
  • Develops staffing model/skill mix, scheduling, acuity, productivity standards, and clinical competencies for areas of responsibility to achieve quality outcomes for the patient population served.

Qualifications

  • RN licensed in State of Arkansas or Compact Licenses. BLS required
  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing. BSN or related degree required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years management experience preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years CNO management experience preferred.

Flu Shot Policy

All employees are required to receive flu shots annually.
